About Us
D.E.M Pies is a variation of an old southern delicacy Chess Pie. The variation of this traditional pie is a cross between a chess and an egg custard - the consistency, thickness, and richness of D.E.M Pies is what makes our pie different.
Throughout the years my mother taught me to make the traditional pie and over the past years, my husband and I have tweaked the recipe, modified the ingredients to individual needs and the process to perfect a pie for you to enjoy. So D.E.M - Dealine Jones, Erika and Melvin Rice have made our pies with love and share them with our friends, family and acquaintances.

HANDMADE WITH LOVE
We love being able to offer our wonderful customers a great product for a great price, however we have found the need to slightly increase our prices for 2023. We hope that this slight increase does not deter you from loving DEM Pies and you continue to patronize our small business.
3-inch Tarts, 6-inch, and 9 inch pies:
Regular, Chocolate, Lemon, Coconut, Pecan, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, and Apple Crumb
Currently accepting orders for our 3-inch tarts all chess pie flavors and the Baker's Dozen for $40.
Baker's Dozen is 3 of each of the chess pie tarts and one pecan pie tart. Please let us know if you would like to customize your order to receive different flavors in the comments.
